No Returns or Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been successfully delivered, except in cases where an incorrect product has been sent by us.

Wrong Product Received

If you receive a product that is different from the product you ordered, please contact our customer support team promptly after delivery.

After verification, we will arrange an exchange for the correct product, subject to availability.

The product must be:

* Unused and unworn
* In its original condition
* Returned with the original packaging, tags and accessories, if applicable

Size-Related Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges for size-related issues, including:

* Rings
* Bracelets
* Kadas

Customers are requested to carefully check the applicable size guide and product measurements before placing an order.

Unboxing Video

For any claim involving an incorrect product, customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video starting before the sealed package is opened.

The video should clearly show the shipping package, seal and product received. This helps us verify and resolve genuine order issues quickly.

Products will not be eligible for return or exchange due to:

* Change of mind
* Personal preference
* Incorrect size selected by the customer
* Minor colour differences caused by photography, lighting or screen settings
* Natural tarnishing or changes resulting from improper use, storage, perfumes, chemicals or moisture
